Managing and Administering all HR operations
Advising management on the administration of human resources policies, procedures, the organizational structure, the departmental flow, HR budget and the manpower assessments.
Serving as internal consultants by analyzing a company's current HR programs and recommending solutions.
Developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures
Ensuring HR programs and services are in compliance with established policies and procedures
Preparing and maintaining reports related to specific HR projects
Assisting with the development and coordination of recommended changes regarding workflow
Developing methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects
Conducting audits of HR activities to ensure compliance
Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs
Develop procedures, forms, job descriptions and other documents in compliance with the ISO standards.
Responsible for providing end to end HR support to all divisions within the business including Operations, Production Services, Marketing, Technical, Accounts, Logistic, Contracts and Administration
Design, implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures and Employee Handbook.
Preparing annual budget and cost control policies for the department
Approves employee related documents after verification
Communication with Top management regarding Human Resources Development scope.
Recruitment, leave approval, Final settlement Analysis, Employee Performance analysis and Appraisal recommendation to the top management.
Approving Organizational Charts and job descriptions of all employees
Recruitment:
Responsible for conducting local and overseas recruitment Sessions.
Approving job descriptions and Maintain recruitment pool for various skill sets for easy and fast retrieval.
Conduct HR interviews and Skill Test wherever required.
Negotiation with selected candidates and issue the offer letters.
Performance Analysis:
Conducts Employee evaluation periodically.
Getting feedbacks about employee performance from Dept. Heads and recommends for appraisal.
Issuing Warning Memos after analysing any issues at work.
Visa Processing:
Approving documents for the visa processing (New, Renewal, Cancellation) of employees.
Verifying arrangements for on-boarding and accommodation for new employees.
Confirms issuance of Labour Card, Insurance Card, Emirates ID with PRO
Verifying validity of all employee documents
Training and Development:
Conducting induction programmes for new recruits.
Arranging requested trainings for employees as per requirements.
Payroll:
Approving and verifying monthly time sheet summary of the employees for the payroll purpose.
Update new employee information and bank account details for WPS.
Responds to questions from staffs regarding payroll and assists in resolving related problems.
Annual leave/ Full & final settlements/ Gratuity calculations
Coordinate with Clients:
Coordinate with sub-contractor for manpower requirement.
Contacting insurance service providers and other clients for business purposes.
HR /IT Department
Assisting in recruiting employees counseling and accessing their performance
Job specification and description management
Preparation of employee contract \[English\]
Maintaining and updating records for employee details/passport-visa details/leave details
Insurance card issuance/ follow ups and visa processing assistance
Leave request processing and follow up with approval
Making travel arrangements for employees
Update passport release and return details
Verifying the visa and passport expiry period and coordinate with the renewal.
Coordinating with the termination formalities of the employees
Checking the validity of all official documents before getting manager’s approval.
Drafting official letters and Controlling confidential and official documents of the Manager
Petty cash Management
Maintain and administer computer networks LAN/WAN and related computing environments.
Maintaining records of computer spares, their peripherals and company software
Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes.
Configuring Routers / Switches and Wi-Fi access points.
Maintaining company user ids and passwords for server, other confidential systems/ websites and back ups
Dealing with the service providers regarding system faults and follow up
Assisting in HR practices- Providing employee support and maintain related documents, Payroll assistance, Recruitment assistance.
Doing IT support jobs- Maintaining company software and troubleshooting network issues.
