Preparing weekly (back order list); reviewing their status to meet demand on
a short-term basis. This involves inquiring ETA, cancellation and escalating
urgent order issues to the Daimler Regional Center.
• Processing all order for special GHQ truck parts requirement from GHQ
workshop and sales team.
• Prepare documents for customs clearance of restricted goods and
coordinates with Principal.
• To Prepare Good Receipt Notes (GRN’s) for Daily shipment received from
Principal and calculating & segregating customs duty as per declaration and
maintaining records for finance department.
• To inquire and arrange not available parts from Local market for urgent
workshop requirements, negotiating with local supplier and preparing Local
Purchase Order (LPO) after getting approval as per authority matrix.
• Process Claims, communicate with principal for Credit/Debit notes, Ensure
claims acceptance.
• Coordinated with the warehouse team for shipment of branch materials.
• Ensure effective communication with workshop and sales team to provide up-
to-date information on technical and commercial matters.
• Supporting in inventory counting and stock adjustment process according to
physical stock verification.
• Stock checking and ordering all ADNOC lubricate request from workshop &
VMI locations.
