• Spearheading the Allianz Group yearly regional budget across the NEXtCARE Departments, BU’s, Lob’s and MEA Region. Annual budgeting and planning process owner, providing expert advice to senior management to ensure that budgets are on target & 100% aligned to the strategic direction of the company.
• Ownership of Allianz Group and NEXtCARE monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting, costing, accounting & financial reporting. Update CFO with monthly financials & alarm key variance reason.
• Acting as a value-added business partner & challenger to the executive team in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives through enhanced FP&A.
• Executing cost accounting control and allocation methods to ensure performance insight into products, territories and to effectively price services.
• Leading the FTE workforce planning for 2022 by Cost Centre/BU across Nextcare
• Validated all budget uploads for TPA, Travel, Assistance & Medical Reinsurance in new SAP - ECSS for global office.
