Responsibilities and Achievements:
•Assisting HR Manager in formulation and implementation of various HR policies and procedures and providing advice on the interpretation of these policies, procedures, guidelines to staff and line managers
•Effectively managing full recruitment and selection processes including job analysis, preparation of JDs & PSs, dealing with recruitment agencies (Local and Abroad), interviews, reference check, job offers, contracts of employment, etc. and ensured the best possible fit between organization and employee.
•Actively participating in the conduct of Employee Orientation, staff training, performance management, performance appraisals, promotions, transfers and other development programs
•Coordinating with line managers in identification of training needs and organized training sessions and workshops when required. Both internal and external trainers are considered
•Providing support on Employee Relations matters (grievances, complaints and questions from staff)
•Efficiently managing payroll function of the company by using ERP system
•Monitoring and ensuring that employees’ data base, personnel files, attendance, and Leave records are updated and reports are available when required
•Monitoring of company GOSI, HRDF, Nikat records in coordination with Govt. Relations Officer
•Played a central role in customization and implementation of ERP system in KeirCom
•Responsible for provision and maintenance of office facilities and other related equipments.
•Successfully managing a range of general administrative duties covering office equipments, stationary, travel arrangements for staff, handling correspondence, accommodation, managing company accommodation etc.
•Other duties as assigned by HR management
