Responding immediately to Equipment breakdowns.
Electrical installation of auxiliary systems Chillers, compressor, Dryers, air filters, Steam boilers and water Treatment system.
Electrical infrastructure including transformer Installation, bus duct, Earthing system
Electrical installation of two factories BCF (Bulked continuous filament), twisting and Setting Machines
Organizing routine servicing schedules.
Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed.
Allocating work to a team of fitters.
Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts.
Creating maintenance procedures.
During the whole period working on:
Speed control systems: (Inverters-Soft starters):
(Yaskawa, Lenze, Siemens and Mitsubishi). From 0.75 Kw to 350 Kw
Temperature, Level and pressure control systems:
(Eurotherm-Denies-Dynesco-Barksdale). Control and Calibration.
Gas Boilers (up to 15Bar) Control and operation.
Conveying systems: (Conair - labotek) Control and operation.
PLC systems: (Siemens s7 300 - B&R -Schneider Electric)
DCS systems : Yokogawa (CS3000)
Pneumatic And Hydraulic control systems.
Yarn spinning machines: (Swisstex T20&M40) (Motors from 0.75KW-350KW)
Yarn preparing machines: (Swisstex CDDT20-superba). (Motors from 5KW-45KW)
Air compressors and Water chillers. (Ingersoll Rand- Train).
Others: Photocells- load cells- proximity sensors- Electric Cranes.
1. Supervising the fixed bench calibration units ( MTE-E 20-10, CLASS 0.5 units & MTS 320-20 POS, Class 0.02 (ZERA) units ) & training the technicians on its operations.
2. Supervising the calibration of all 3 phase meters of the company before its installations & the old meters & its maintenance if its errors out of accepted error ranges (IEC standards) .
3. Preparing technical studies of touristic, industrial and housing projects along with planning their electrical network.
4. Preparing the technical specifications for electrical equipment.
5. Authorizing the specifications and designs of medium voltage networks for areas that belongs geographically to the company.
6. Preparing studies for solving the problems of electrical networks (Voltage Drop - Power Factor Correction - Overloading feed rings …….etc. ) .
7. Inspecting and testing the equipment belonging to the company ( Transformers - Distribution boards ) .
