- Violation Portal
Managing violations for lateness, early logout and absenteeism through a specific policy.
Portal can manage the employee deductions through their violations count and violations type as per the policy.
Violations process and closing it is happening through defined process and levels of approvals inside the portal.
Ability to upload a bulk of violations for all employees using CSV file in one click.
Control Panel for exporting violations reports, user’s management, violations status, etc.
Ability to send an alert via emails, SMS for the employee who are getting violations.


- STC Home Business Unit Retention Portal (Outbound) / Leads & Retention Management.
Portal supporting a complete cycle for leads management by uploading bulk of leads using CSV file into the portal and to be auto assigned for agents depending on the internal assigning in uploaded file, also the same can be used from (WFM, Agent, Supervisor, Shift Manager, Training team, High Management.)
Each agent can get all allocated leads for him/ her to be called and ability to dispose the result for each number called.
Numbers are coming in dynamic way to the agent by showing the new number after closing the current number.
Complete view for agents for viewing their performance real time, checking leads status, etc.
Supervisors having a complete knowledge about their team status and for each employee alone additional to other permission for lead managements.
Shift manager havening the same supervisor permissions additional to ability for viewing the supervisor performance also.
WFM team additional for uploading leads they are having a complete control for doing the below:
Users’ management (Create Users, Edit Users, Change Category, etc.).
Exporting reports (All leads, Pending, Submitted, Retained, etc.).
Creating dispositions list, offers lists, rejected, rejected out of scope, etc. / adding, deleting and updating for these lists.
Editing current leads.
Re-Allocation leads.
Showing the real time performance for agents wise and floor wise.
Ability to upload the training material into the portal from training team and the same can be seen from the agents.
Agents can raise complains or suggestions and the same can be seen from the management.
