Technical support and consultatnt for Town Gas company SAP PM Module users.
I am working as SCADA engineer in the Programming and Technical Studies Department in Egyptian Town Gas company which is one of the most important Gas distribution companies in Egypt. Supporting SCADA HMI software system using ViewStar 750 SCADA HMI system. Preparing and developing new SCADA HMI back up system using other Windows based software like Indusoft, Movicon, TraceMode, WinCC, and other HMI applications.
•Convert Turkish, Hebrew, and other languages files, for different file formats and for character set, from PC to MAC to be used on different applications (MS Word, QuarkXpress, etc.). •Convert the translated TTX files to get semi-formatted RTF file using XML, SGML, XSL, and HTML technologies. •Support the desk top publishers (DTPs) in their problems, investigating their problems with DTP applications like Adobe InDesign, QuarkXpress, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat and others for both Mac and Pc platforms, and suggest solutions for them. *This company provides comprehensive multilingual desktop publishing and content conversion services for many translation, localization and publishing companies worldwide to efficiently extend their DTP services.
·Converting Turkish, Hebrew, and other languages files, for different file formats and for character set, from PC to MAC to be used on different applications (MS Word, QuarkXpress, etc.).
·Assist to exchange source multilingual documents between different operating systems and/or different DTP tools.
·Converting the translated TTX files to get semi-formatted RTF file by converting the TTX files to SGML tags, convert the translated SGML files to XML. Develop an XSL (Style sheet) file that described the style guide. From the converted XML files, and the developed XSL file we generated HTMLs, and then RTF files. Finally the DTP can typeset the RTF files and generated PDF.
·Supporting the desk top publishers (DTPs) in their problems, investigating their problems, and suggest solutions for them. Also train them about the features of the new versions of DTP softwares and how they use these features.

Working with a variety of DTP softwares(Adobe InDesign, Quark Xpress, Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe PageMaker, Adobe Acrobat, ...etc) in numerous languages(Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, Hebrew, Pashto) on both Mac and PC platforms.

Provides users with network technical support. Updates the operating system as required. Loads and updates software applications as required. Manages memory usage of the network, network printing, and network technical resources.
