Ensure excellent deployment for the Shelving visibility or displays contracts. Conduct a daily morning meeting to follow up team productivity, distribution and sales coverage. Follow up on Company innovations( New trade programs, new launches, POS Materials, activities, etc..) Updates Unit Manager with the requested data accurately and on time (stocks, estimates, daily sales, pricing, competition ...etc.) Maintain a physical presence in the territory to ensure understanding of customer’s needs. Train the team via Role Play. Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone

•Seek out new customers and omit customers who do not meet basic criteria.
•Making daily reports on his sales.
•Receipt of cash or checks from customers & delivered them daily to the safe.
•Reviewing the invoice for each customer with the finance department.
•Achieve monthly sales targets agreed with Unit Sales Supervisor.
•Achieve productivity in each call and ensure the distribution of the agreed core range is maintained.
