1- Oversee the financial operations of the organization.
2- Responsible for entering financial information.
3- Preparing and maintaining donor agreements and staff contracts.
4- Manage financial control, prepare and analyze budgets, develop financial reports.

16- Provide support to field staff, and work closely with them to ensure that financial information is accurate and up to date.
17- Constantly review banking arrangements to ensure timely transfer of funds and minimize exchange loses and bank charges.
18- Supervise proper registration of staff attendance and maintain leave record and balances for all staff.
19- Ensure staff payroll is accurate and paid on time.
20- Periodically review salary scales.
21- Prepare and participate in the carry out of any recruitment process for staff whenever required.
22- Advise and brief management on different types of contracting modalities, HR policies and benefits .
23- Ensure compliance with local labour law regulations on all staff matters.
