Lead and direct a multinational team of engineers & TPI inspectors on projects. Liaise with client for inspection inputs and reporting. Organizing in-house training for all disciplines as per their need and analysis to elevate the skills & productivity of employees. Assist TPI-Team Leaders and Engineers with duties i.e. punchlistings, testing. functional checks/loop checks, internal installations for static equipment. Coordinate inspection activities between Construction teams, suppliers, vendors, PMC &Third Party agencies to ensure purchased materials are in accordance to requirements, inspections are conducted as per ITP (QCP). Ensuring adherance to quality standards (ISO) and maintain all related documents. Maintain Site Discrepancy & Non-conformity reports based on fact finding audits/inspections. Implement latest quality tools and executing process enhancement projects. Identify areas of quality deviations & ensuring rectifications/corrective actions. Preparing and issuing Weekly & Monthly Quality progress reports. Conduct Mechanical completion, Certification/clearances, handover prior commissioning, walk downs & PSSR prior PAC. Review and release TPI reports for shipment against purchase order requirements.
Maintain Quality Systems, accreditations, Audits and approve/monitor repairs, modifications, fabrications, re-certifications, design verifications, replacements on all Pressure Vessels, Boilers, Pressurrised Equipment & pipe lines and new plant installations.
Obtained my Higher diploma in Business management and a Financial Diploma.
