-Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system.
-Responsibility for all personal processes and their quality standards.
-Overseeing HR Policies and Procedures and ensure the correct implementation.
-Prepare and execute Payroll process.
-Prepare monthly reports such as Headcount, Organization Charts and Employee Turn-over…etc.
-Schedule and execute Orientation of new employees.
-Execute and follow-up of Leave process.
-Prepare and follow-up of calculation and documents related to -Job Termination and Retirement-Resignation processes.
-Responsibility for visa and residency related issues.
-In charge of issuing various memos and internal circulations concerned with various HR aspects.
-In charge of the implementation and follow up of performance appraisals to get accurate results.
-Monitor attendance and absence.
-Maintain and update employee files and records.
-Prepare and execute payroll process.
-Evaluate abilities and skills.
-Prepare monthly reports.
-Employee orientation, development, and training
-Monthly Payroll
-Preparing general journals and posting to general Ledger
-Follow up Invoices & purchase orders.
-Prepare financial statement as: Income statement & Trial Balance.
