Solicited to lead Allen and Shariff’s team in our consultancy contract with the Governorate of Babel in Iraq and to cover business development assignments in UAE and Qatar. Key responsibilities included business development and providing for restructuring of the Reconstruction Committee of Babel and addressing their delayed and stalled projects.
• Prepared and submitted several bids for projects throughout the GCC and generated leads in Qatar.
• Initiated the set-up of the company’s new branch in Doha - Qatar.
• Implemented a new marketing strategy to reinforce ASC’s awareness in the market and develop new clients.
