Team lead of 2 Engineers. Leading and handling the IP design duties focusing on the network connectivity of RAN services (RNCs, BSCs & RAN sites) and Juniper-MX480. Activities included Engineering and Designing as well as implementation of the product delivery to Mobily (ISP). Projects averaged 6 month phases. Reported to Planning Manager for all activities.
IP Design included Juniper-MX480 and EX4200 considering all RAN services in MPLS. Protocols involved BGP OSPF including planning RAN sites.

• RNCs and BSCs relocation: worked on the planning part toward core and access end-to-end (RNCs integration), including designs with core (SGSN/MSS) and O&M, building processes/steps to be followed for the integration of these NEs
