UPS Provides a full Project management Solution when it comes for Doors from the stage of Project awarding till the final handing over, Including and not limited to Technical Preparation and approval, Factory Coordination, Installation Process, ... )

and as Operation manager the main task is to keep this cycle tight and closed to make sure the Project Progress satisfy both sides, our Client and the Main user .

Focus of the role:

-Achieving Sales target assigned by the top management for KSA market.
-Traveling to KSA every month to manage projects on-site.
-Managing the KSA sales team.

Highlights:

- Successfully achieved up to date Sales targets and closed high-value contracts within governmental and private sector in KSA.
- Achieved 45 million Dirhams in Sales from the saudi market in 2015.

 Closed and managed biggest projects in KSA like:
1- Jeddah international Airport steel doors package.

In charge for Receipt of work orders as a procurement department and analyze it in order to identify raw material and Hardware requirements ( BOQ )
Coordinate with both technical and estimation departments for any variation in work orders.
Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
Issuing Purchase orders in accordance to specification and stock availability.
Managing and monitor deliveries of items from suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.

Handling of claims to factories and vendors for defectives, shortage, missing parts and take necessary actions.
Plan and manage inventory levels of main materials or products.
Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders.
Follow up with Store for Export Deliveries and undelivered Items
Coordinate with Travel Agencies for Employees Air tickets and guests Accommodations during their visits to the Factory.
Manage vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships.
Follow up with Accounts Department to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices, as necessary for the business with the supplier.
Updating purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
