 Executing effective procurement strategies to ensure adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment.
 Assuming accountability for arranging the procuring and transportation of plant equipment required at projects.
 Monitoring quality control by ensuring that all shipped orders are in perfect working condition.
 Managing inland and marine logistics, providing accurate transportation and managing billing information.
 Carrying out all procurement and contracting activities such as pre-qualification, tender management, negotiation and contracts preparation.
 Staying abreast with market and delivery trends to gain new business opportunities for the company.
 Preparing accurate procurement reports with key stakeholders to evaluate risk, study future strategies as well as discover potential cost savings.

Job Responsibilities:
 Directed daily operations of field work activities, and managed the subcontractors to enable them to work accurately.
 Undertook full accountability for vessels, structural, piping fabrication and steel structure erection at site.
 Assumed responsibility for static and rotating equipment erection at project site.
 Directed and coordinated painting, fire proofing & insulation at site in close liaison with sub-contractors.
 Coordinated projects’ implementation; ensured that work is conducted as per the clients’ procedures & satisfaction.
 Regularly attended project progress review meetings and risk assessment meetings with client.
 Developed and ensured safety of work methods, procedures and installation; carried out site safety audits to deliver HSE
policy and standards to the team.
 Proactively supported on-site activities and throughout the fabrication process.
 Controlled and closely monitored the project execution phase and issued the as built drawings/documents.
 Ensured and maintained compliance with all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
 Directed and coordinated manpower mobilization to ensure timely project execution.
