PROJECT: MAGDI YACOUB GLOBAL HEART CENTRE PROJECT - EGYPT, GIZA.
Contract Value: 3, 456, 198, 862 EGP.
• Review / approve Execution Baseline Program and detailed Engineering (E1 Log) & Procurement (E2 Log) schedules.
• Prepare Progress Measurement Procedure, ‘S’ Curves for various disciplines, Cost Control, Document Register, Progress Statistics, weekly / monthly progress reports / reviews and Presentations.
• Preparation of Monthly and Weekly Progress Reports to The Client.
• Monitoring of actual direct recourses on site to determine variances from Planned Targets.
• Analyze and monitor the updated schedule in respect of schedule performance Index (SPI), cost performance index (CPI) and Earned value (EV).
• Preparing KPIs look ahead, manpower & materials histograms, equipment deployment /Organization Chart, Earned Value reports, progress S-curves, progress charts, and updating the same.
• Analyze and review/approve EOT claim using prospective and retrospective delay analysis methods.
• Lead the implementation of key project controls systems in order to monitor and report the project progress in regards to Engineering, Procurement and Construction progress.
Project: SDHO South Dharan Housing Ownership (Ajyal) ARAMCO.
Jan. 2019 - July 2021.
Contract Value: 288, 000, 000 SAR.
Project Location: Dhahran.
• Preparation of Baseline Program (Resource/ cost loaded P6, Cash Flow, Histograms, Program Narrative).
• Be familiar with all the physical aspects of the Project (Drawings, Specifications and quantities of work in each area).
• Preparation of detailed Engineering (E1 Log) & Procurement (E2 Log) Tracking Schedule.
• Analyze Schedule Progress and Performance and identifies developing problem areas and critical issues and the actions required.
• Prepare and Implement Delays Control & Recovery Plans.
• Prepare EOT claim using prospective and retrospective delay analysis methods.
• Implementation of key project controls systems in order to monitor and report the project progress in regards to Engineering, Procurement and Construction progress.
• Preparation of client & Subcontractors invoice's.
• Preparation of Internal Target Programs, Providing weekly/Monthly Targets to Site Engineers.
• Developing a recovery program / corrective action plan to overcome and recover project delays in order to maintain contractual completion date.
Project: MAAD COMPLEX TOWERS (9 TOWERS). April 2016 - Dec. 2018.
Contract Value: 300, 000, 000 SAR.
Project Location: Makkah.
• Direct responsibility for the development of the master schedule for the project and in particular the development and monitoring of critical milestone schedules.
• Identification of all critical issues and the actions required from all parties in order to maintain schedule requirements and flags related issues to the management attention.
• Preparing Claims and extension of time.
• Be familiar with all the physical aspects of the Project (Drawings, Specifications and quantities of work in each area / buildings).
• Development of special schedules required for the testing, commissioning, and handover of the airport facilities in coordination with the Owner agencies.
• Oversee the preparation Daily Reports by the Assistant Planning Engineer and follow up of the information required.
• Preparation of weekly progress reports for presentation during the progress meetings.
• Ensure project progress photographs taken regularly from the same vintage points to monitor and report progress over time as required by the contract and enables proper archiving of all project related documents and reports.
Project: New Blaise Diagne International Airport-Senegal
Contract Value: 462, 874, 994 EURO
• Direct responsibility for the development of the master schedule for the project and in particular the development and monitoring of critical milestone schedules.
• Identification of all critical actions required by other parties.
• Coordinate the establishment and updating of submittal and procurement logs, and provide periodic reports to the project field staff.
• Development of special schedules required for the testing, commissioning, and handover of the airport facilities in coordination with the Owner agencies.
• Monitor construction progress and assist in the preparation of recovery plans to address delays.
• Review the development of project information and fact sheets and graphical presentation materials in coordination with the construction group.
• Oversee the preparation Daily Reports by the Assistant Planning Engineer and follow up of the information required.
• Keep the Project Managers, and senior managers advised of critical requirements for the project and potential slippages.
• Be familiar with all the physical aspects of the Project (Drawings, Specifications and quantities of work in each area / buildings).
• Visit the site at least once a week to be kept up to date of Project Progress.
• Prepare presentations on the project as requested by the management
• Preparing monthly updated schedule with actual dates according to the work done on site.
• Coordinating between trades to finalize the job.
• Preparing project budget and ensures strict cost control.
• Implementing time schedules to ensure the right progress of all projects in accordance with the contract requirements and period.
• Preparing master schedules to be issued to the contractor.
• Review and approve baseline schedule submitted by the contractor.
• Review and approve updated schedule submitted by the contractor.
• Preparing monthly updated schedule with actual dates according to the work done on site. •
• Coordinating between trades to finalize the job. •
