As General manager I was in charge to establish a new company along with all required duties of local and international markets to start activities with them as well as maintaining stock levels, sales and staff requirements in addition to the company's financial status.
I was in charge to establish a new branch in Sharjah starting with the location, staff, etc.
I was in charge to establish business relationship with local and international related suppliers and follow up the establishing expenses and depreciation charges for each item, staff salaries and incentives system, maintaining proper customer network along with following the expansion of our company's financial requirements to meet our growing business requirements.
As Area Manager I was in charge of all tenders and governmental requirements in my area along with controlling the company profitability and controlling the operational expenses along with follow up stock levels according our market requirements in addition of monitoring other competitors activities such as level of their selling prices, promotional campaines, lanching of new products, etc.
As well as international contacts to expand our company trade activities along with all staff activities, required training and upgrading programs.
