Preparation of technical studies for the project.
Examine and analyze the bids and the costs of project studies and value engineering.
Preparing drawings, specifications and submittals and distribute them to concerned parties includes:
Confirming between Architect and Structural drawing and specifications.
Revising the Infrastructure networks
(Water Supply, Sewer, Irrigation, Electric Power Supply, Telephone and satellite networks)
Reconsidering The electromechanical Works
Swimming Pools, Water treatment Stations, Irrigation and Water Supply Tanks
The preparation of documents required for the licenses of the project works
Verification of the implementation of contracts for the design of the project
Verify that the project is implemented in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
Commitment to implement the Plan of Action adopted
Full documentation of the documents and records of the project
Attend regular meetings, "Weekly / monthly" with the technical office personnel consultants and contractors
Implementation of preventive action necessary to prevent or reduce the extra work, change orders and claims.
Considering amendments to the clients that received from the Customer
Service Department
Technical Review on the graphics driver and graphics implemented.
Technical Review on the credits and examinations and materials testing to verify compliance with the contracts.
