K- Plan, develops and implements organization policies, mission, goals, and vision
L- Establish effective relationships with group departments to integrate various functions
into a productive corporate unit to display high standards in all relationships, to monitor
the ethics and activities of management.
M- Reviews all technical and quality activity reports (with the suppliers and internal reports)
to determine compensation with suppliers, to upgrade factory quality, technical progress
and to determine the required spare parts in accordance with current conditions.
N- Monitor effective execution of the production strategies in all Electronic assembly lines
through managing available resource for achieving maximum production. Make sure
that the production strategies are implemented in line with the pre-decided plans
O- Evaluate the performance and to set objective of the factory management employees to
promotes, to develop for future advancement and to communicate clearly and directly
with employees concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability
with a system of KPIs.
P- Initiate the process along with line managers for preparing annual technical budgets of
the manufacturing division by forecasting sources of revenues and expenditures. Also
ensure that the costs are controlled and regulated as per budgetary limits. Ensure that
the operations are followed as per budgets for achieving revenue targets.
Q - Ensure that the ISO standards are followed in all the operations as well as all the forms
are used in appropriate manner. Monitor regularly implementation of the policies and
procedures according to the ISO norms.
R- Communicate the requirement of operational procedures and instructions to
subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled
manner.
S-Ensure that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions and
controls are adhered to so that the safety of employees, quality of products/services and
environmental compliance can be guaranteed
Plans and carries out selling activities including design, pricing, estimations,
prospecting, qualifying, presentations, direct sales, contract negotiation, customer
relations and vendor relations in order to achieve the assigned sales targets while
ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and delivers AC sales materials; attends exhibits and other promotional
opportunities so as to maximize LG AC systems brand awareness also responsible for
managing a sales team consist of two Jr. Sale’s engineers.
