Tasks:
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts raised throughout projects.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

Executing of King Abdullah project for the development of security
Headquarters - phase 2, package A for Minister of Interior.
Objective:
Execution of buildings, Roads, external finishing, landscape, service buildings, and training ground.
Tasks:
• Approving invoices from sub-contractors and vendors.
• Coordinating with field operators, consultants, and designers.
• Obtaining approvals and any required permits for new activities.
• Ensuring that all construction plans conform to the customer expectations.
• Reviewed all the designs and drawings beforehand to identify any problems.
• Ensure that all changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings are distributed.
• Estimates cost of supplies, equipment, and labor. Plans ways and means to control operations cost, overruns, and worker turnover.
• Overseeing all project activities both on-site and off-site and making sure they are completed as per the schedule.
• Performing daily inspections of any construction activity to ensure it conforms to the approved plans.
Executing of buildings, mosques, warehouses, showrooms and villas
Objective:
Execution of Internal and External works for all villas, warehouses, mosques, and buildings G+4 with getting all completion certificates from all government authorities (DEWA, Dubai Municipality, ……etc.)
Tasks:
• Ensuring completion of projects on time as per standard including progress reports and taking corrective actions whenever needed.
• Following up and resolving clients’ and consultants' complaints and maximizing the client’s satisfaction.
• Ensuring quality of work.
• Distribution of manpower.
• Manpower planning, ensuring the optimum output of human resources.
• Prepare and monitor the expected execution with the required resources report.
• Aiding engineers in approving variations in time.
• Timely hiring of subcontractors for all projects - following up with the concerned dept.
• Ensuring timely approval of materials for all projects - coordinating with the engineer and concerned dept.
• Attending projects’ meetings.
• Certifying payments.
• Ensuring the safety of sites by ensuring the implementation of the highest safety standards.
