customs clearance companies, Logistics service providers for Giza Cable &
sister companies .
• Representing the company against ITDA / Export funding/ Value add Tax authorities in export refunding, machines importation licenses approval.
• Lead Procurement process for all logistics providers to get best service, quality with better cost in the right time .
• Submit logistics cost study for any export projects in Africa, Middle East, in collarbition with Export sales team based on tender technical file .

Main Achievements:
• Achieve saving 2 Million EGP in 2019 total saving from Logistics cost for EXW, FOB shipments & shipments inland transportation through price negotiation & building long term contracts on shipping lines, freight forwards .
• Register company on Ministry of Finance customs draw back system to refund 1.5 Million EGP from materials scrap customs duties & VAT form exported shipments 2019
• Establish company profile on IDA ( Industrial development authority ) to get
5 % VAT duties instead of 14 % for imported production lines with total saving
800 K EGP .
• Lead company products ( 420 SKU ) registration on ICA ( Industrial control authority ) to get 9 Million EGP refund of VAT & customs duties scrap value for local sales 2019 .

Souring, SQM, Packing Engineer to decrease Caps suppliers from 20 to 12 within region to get saving 2.5 Million EURO 2015 by standardize its spec.
• Working closely with Finance in J&J STF project ( Shaping to Future ) with Make, Quality departments for SAP / BPCS ERP, Ariba system for indirect purchasing implementation in Marketing office & Plant regarding direct materials master data management setup for (450 items), direct materials vendors creation (110 vendors) .
• Receiving excellent in 4 out of 6 KPI of 2016 goals in additional of getting
gold encore for excellent support of Make & quality teams which allow
Cairo Plant to finish 2016 over production target by 15 % .
