WMS administrator, Control Hold & release process, investigated for any discrepancies/issues in system, Also between physical & system inventory.
• Audit the system to find the causes of record inaccuracy & eliminate them.
• Discuss in details performance & issues with P&G representatives related to its inventory & logistics processes in DDS daily meeting.
• Updated Master data, SPS, pack Qty. & expiry (stop ship /shelf life) for all SKUs.
• Prepared monthly expiry, damages, orders accuracy, & RPN reports.
• Monitored Inventory with Exceed System "WMS".
• Assist in Cycle Counts.
• Deal with internal and external customers complains from W/H and Distribution.
• Monitored KPI's scores vs. agreed business plan targets.
• Follow through Shipping, Receiving, Picking orders status & accuracy.
