• Providing Quarterly training course ( Finance for Non-Finance ) to departments Heads including operation team to ensure their understanding for their Figures and results.
• Managing all audit matters with the Internal Audit & the external One in country.

Supervise a team of 17 people in charge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany, inventory and fixed assets. Manage the relationships with outsourcing partners Responsible for TAX fillings and indirect tax compliance. Preparation of monthly reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations, for review by the country management team and submission to the regional (UAE based) and global (US based) head offices. Preparation of year-end statutory reports and corporate tax filling for all Kuwait based entities, in cooperation with external tax advisors. Handle external and internal audit processes. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Assist the country management team with improving, implementing and reviewing procedures and internal control, in line with SOX requirements, group policies and local laws and regulations. Assist with corporate projects in the financial area. Work closely together with operations on actual and forecast financial information, assets & inventory reconciliation and valuation, invoicing, AR management and quality. Responsible for monthly payroll. Interaction with client representatives. Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified in a safe and efficient manner to meet business requirements.
