Responsibilities:
•Setting organic and non-organic business growth targets regionally, across countries, verticals, and service offerings.
•Owning the regional sales pipeline analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Dynamics development & implementation.
•Designed the regional/country management dashboards and functional dashboards using PowerBI.
•Formulate and rollout the regional/country business plans, GTM, scorecards, strategy maps & execution plans.
•Own P&L progress reporting, design and launch development inititaitves and document best case parctices.
•Formulate the regional Digital transformation strategy, go-to-market and implementation plans.
•Ensure timely and accurate performance measurement and reporting.
•Provide optimization recommendations and corrective action plans to maintain profitability and organizational health.
•Making investment and acquisitions recommendations and conducting necessary due diligence.
•Making expansion and partnership recommendations and conducting cost-benefit analysis.
•Owning all regional governance, conducting and moderating review meetings (QBRs, Business Development, Digital, Regional Leadership, …).
Planning & Implementing Post Merger Integration activities in Egypt, Algeria, Libya, UAE and Bahrain.
•Designing & implementing the global internal communication plan until Day 1. (Egypt, Norway, Germany, UAE)
•Designing and implementing the change ambassadors program.
•Working on the application and auditing of regional synergies. (MENA)
•Coaching and advising regional C-suites during deal process. (MENA)
•Designing synergy dashboards and scorecards in liaison with technology requirements. (MENA)
•Core team member(Germany) ~ Post Merger Integration workstreams: Change management WS, Communications WS, MENA Ops WS, HR WS.
•Analysis and reporting of synergy risks and mitigation efforts.
•Processes reengineering, testing and integration.
