Ὦ • Issuing Financial Ratios analysis report, financial appraisal and Yearly Financial Statement (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement & Statement of changes in equity).

Ὦ • Reviewing Customer Statements & Ageing of Accounts Receivable.
Ὦ • Reviewing Vendors Statements & Aging of Accounts Payable.

Ὦ • Reviewing journal vouchers and their postings.

Ὦ • Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.
Ὦ • Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to Financial Controller.

Ὦ • Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project teams in analysing margins, variances and cost analysis.
Ὦ • Issue project cost reports for review and approval.
Ὦ • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup
Ὦ • Support Financial Controller in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
Ὦ • Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early warning of cost overruns
Ὦ • Work consult actively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
Ὦ • Preparing entering and posting all day to day accounting entries, and Preparation of Financial reporting (monthly P&L) and Providing Budget control and cost centre allocation of expenses, reporting and variance analysis.
Ὦ • Assists with monthly status reports, monthly closings cum as annual audits, and Responsible for accurate processing & reporting all accounting accruals.
Ὦ • Managing accounts receivable and following up with the collection Department the process for collecting.
Ὦ • processing issuing steps for LC's and LG's and coordinating with different departments.
Ὦ • designing and maintaining of the chart of accounts and continues developing as per business requirements, also automation and implementing the accounting system.
Ὦ • Managing account receivable/payable, Participating in preparation of annual plan and budget for all business units and preparing monthly trail balance and annual accounts.
Ὦ • Managing the accounting department and team of accountants.
Ὦ • Managing the company's accounting transactions and reporting.
Ὦ • Accurate financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Ὦ • Provide all the information and explanations required by other departments.
Ὦ • Preparation of external audit materials and external financial reporting.
Ὦ • Processing Bank Payments for all approved invoices due for payment.
Ὦ • Reconcile multiple bank accounts against all processed payments and managing the relationship with the bank on all matters pertaining to payment and reconciliations.
Ὦ • Monthly Calculation & Entries for assets depreciation, expenses, and related closing entries.
Ὦ • Monthly preparation of payroll including review of any changes to salaries and/or deductions with HR Department.
Ὦ • Following up the implementation of the procedures and policies for the accounting cycle and making sure it is adhered.
Ὦ • Preparing monthly stock movements reports.
Ὦ • Preparing monthly management operating expenses reports to take appropriate decisions.
Ὦ • Following up shipments arrival thru MRR and their cost allocation.
Ὦ • Ensuring accurate reconciliation of all supplier accounts as supplier statements.
