Sub Contractor Invoices evaluation and Prepare Payment Certificates.
Prepare the evaluation reports and Consultant recommendations for monthly IPC.
Identifying the variations, Preparing cost assessment and negotiates with Consultant.
Analyses the variation and submitting the variation order request / Site Instructions request.
Preparation of Bill of Quantity based on drawings provided and Rate Buildup/ Estimation for the New Items & Abortive Works.
Preparing and issue Sub-Contract tender packages including BOQ, specifications, drawings and other documents for quotations and Change Order as required.
Measurement of Quantities from the tender drawings, construction drawing and Shop Drawing.
Preparing Cash flow, Matrix, Histogram for the Commercial Purposes.
Reporting Works, Materials Delivery Tracking Sheet
Tender Works including Quantity verification and price analyses from previous assessment.
Price Fluctuation calculation and monitor the Rates for materials and helping for Procurement requirements.
Prepare the Tender /or Bid (Tech + Comm.) for various projects.
Responsible to prepare contractor’s interim payment certificates (IPC) and get the approval of payments from the consultant and evaluate & prepare sub-contractor payment certificates.
Identifying the variations, Preparing V.O’s and negotiates with Main Contractor/Consultant.
Measure and estimating of variation & submitting the variation order/Notification of variation as per the contract documents /or agreement.
Taking measurement of quantities from the Shop Drawing, Tender drawings & Construction drawing.
Prepare the BOQ from the Tender Drawings.
Prepare the project planning by using primavera (V6) and MS Project -2010.
Prepare cost report based on site progress of work through actual measurement and report to management.
Preparing pre-contract and post contract budgeting.
Responsibility to prepare tender cost estimation and Priced Bill of Quantities based on previews projects, sub-contractor and suppliers’ quotations.
Preparing RFQ and issue sub-contract tender packages including BOQ, specifications, drawings and other documents for quotations and Suppliers Material Inquiries and Quoting Quotations.
Preparing price comparison and evaluation for various materials suppliers & sub-contractors.
Prepare materials break down and Rate built-up from first principles; price Analysis for the new items which can be compared with the Original BOQ.
Co-ordinate with site team and prepare LPO for the required materials.
Providing suggestions on contractual claims
Attending mid tender or tender clarification meetings.
Assisting in establishing client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
Periodically supervising of work on site.
Full Responsible for ongoing project procurement.
