● Deploy, implement, and manage Prolog® cost-control system in head office and across projects
● Prepare financial report and earned value analysis using Prolog® Manager; coordinate across teams for accurate and current job reporting
● Lead budget review, creative revised budgets, and schedule baseline with engineering, technical, and project team
● Oversee preparation of associated financial reports including cash flow projections and earned value analysis
● Evaluate and approve purchase orders and sub-contract agreements to assure consistency with the budget
● Obtain and modify cost coding structures
● Coordinate with key members of project team to ensure standards, policies, and procedures are complied with in every project
● Review the subcontractors interim payments

Execute the scope of the Project as per the approved specifications and technical submittal agreed with the main contractor and consultants.
