Ensure that the team follows correct procedures, policies and documentation to meet the ISO
9001:2008 requirements.
o Ensure the manufacturing of products or goods are produced efficiently, safely and meet the
organizations quality standards.
o Tackle any complaints received from the clients.
o Quality check for liquid and powder.
o Developing and designing new materials of dry mixes and liquid products.
o Quality check for raw materials of Epoxy and bonding agents
