(A)Main Activities:(as a revivable accountant)
1 -Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services.
2 -Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures

4 -Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents.
5 -Prepare batches of invoices for data entry.
6 -Data enter invoices for payment.
7 -Process backup reports after data entry.
8 -Manage the weekly cheque run
9 -Record all cheques.
10-Prepare vendor cheques for mailing.
11-List all vendor cheques in the log book.
12-Prepare manual cheques as and when required.
13-Maintain listing of accounts receivable and payable.
14-Maintain updated vendor files and file numbers Print.
15-distribute monthly financial reports.
(B)Provide administrative support in order to ensure effective and efficient office operations:
1-Maintain inventory files.
2-Monitor and order office supplies.
3-Prepare purchase orders.
4-Prepare travel and accommodation warrants and travel advances
for staff.
5-Review and verify travel claims.
6-Maintain a filing system for all financial documents.
7-Ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial and employee files
(C)Provide receptionist services:
1-Greet and assist visitors.
2-Answerphones.
3-Direct calls and respond to inquiries.
4-Collect money and provide receipts.
(D)Perform other related duties as require
