- Preparing the costing sheet for all restaurants and reporting it to the head office with cost variance analysis.
- Handling all restaurants costs and analyzing all cost variances.
- Periodic inventory count for the restaurants.
- Reconciling supplier's books with ours for paying the outstanding.
