• Acting and executive of POMEC Programs, In Charge of Chief Engineering • Responsible for Environmental Activities, operation competence evaluation and documentation. • Green Star hotel advisor, Action Planner, criteria implementation daily activities monitoring, Templates/policies • Responsible for Swimming pool Maintenance (Pumps, Piping, Fittings, Cleaning, Water Filtration, Chemicals etc...), Procedures, daily water monitoring analysis, problem solutions staff training and records. • Planning and organization of preventive maintenance schedules, history recording, performance evaluation, Case report editing for all the property equipments. • Monthly Budget analysis, control, expenses monitoring and registry documentation • Assurance of implementation of hotel property policies, Standards and procedures for: • Energy Conservation management programs including Utility consumption standards, evaluations, Water and Sewage quality control. Time keeping records and Tool Control. POMEC Programs and procedures. POMEC Logs, Budgets and utility consumptions. POMEC Labor Standards and labor cost controls. Inspections and staff supervision. Proper appearance and housekeeping of all boilers and equipment rooms. Analysis and monitoring of effective POMEC operations and expenditures for the engineering division. • Receiving and feedback information analysis for POMEC and Engineering Administration departments and recommendation of new policies for economical operation and maintenance to chief engineer. • Participation with chief engineer in review and setting recommendations on the annual POMEC Budgets of the property. • Attending Engineering Departmental meetings and hotel department heads meeting during absence of the CE. • Assistance for CE in staff selection and technical training. • Investigations and recommendation of the sources when local purchasing contracts or services equipment, parts and supplies may be required.
