• Plans journeys in accordance with Journey Management criteria.
• Responsible for monitoring IVMS and Journey Management Planning
• Plans and organizes the routing of deliveries and collections to meet the required business and customer requirements while ensuring compliance with transport policies, procedures and legislation are adhered to at all times.
• Responsible for the compliance with all systems, procedures and processes, ensuring the vehicle fleet is well maintained.
• Monitors and maintains accurate documentation and records and effectively utilizes these data by managing jobs-per-vehicle and gate times to exceed company transport performance targets.
• Ensures adherence to Company’s transport procedures particularly in respect of Shell rules.
• Provides reports to Project Manager
I can work up system to transport vehicles through the tracking system can be done: -
1 - Create a room follow-up and monitoring and control
2 - Agreement and the purchase and installation of tracking devices
3 - Run tracking system
Our goal is not in the control room(IVMS, AVL ) is the only case of theft, but there are other targets, including: -
1 - restore the car in case of theft.
2 - improving the productivity of the cars.
3 - make sure the arrival of the goods to the customer at the right time.
4 - detection process of stealing the goods from the drivers.
5 - control vehicle speed to reduce accidents and thus reduce the losses of the company.
6 - Control of the fuel consumption of the vehicle, whether it is in the normal range or there is a theft of fuel.
7 - in case of malfunction the car is forwarded to the nearest car to the car company's cars to help disabled
Of my duties: -
1 - prepare a plan to develop a tracking system.
2 - Training of staff to follow-up actions cars.
3 - to oversee the installation of tracking devices.
4 - the quality of supervision and follow-up tracking system.
5 - Cooperation with the company's customers.
6 - Follow-up to the quality of the performance of vehicles and drivers
I have participated as part of a team working in the work of the development of the maps of Americana (GIS).
I participated as part of a team in the development of the draft maps of Algeria Telecom(GIS).
Developing a system of databases to save the maps and use them better, "the company's kitchen maps"
