• Preparing, analyzing, disclosing and presentation consolidated financial position, performance and cash flow statements according To IFRS quarterly and annually moreover general purpose if requested.
• Managing team of accounting to implement calendar of closing monthly
• Reports to CFO and director manager.
• Provide financial analysis tools to evaluate company ventures or special projects, programs, capital expenditures, cut costing.
• Managing and maintaining financial assets (accounts, notes, trade receivable) at initial recognition, measurement, aging and follow- up collection according to customers terms
• Managing and maintaining financial liabilities (accounts, notes and trade payables) at initial recognition, measurement, aging and impairment at reporting date, in addition cash management.
• Monitoring physical inventory weekly with aging and recommend adjustment procedures.
• Handle bank facilities and export and import LC (letter of credit) with customers, suppliers and banks.
• Handle, maintains and filling VAT (value added tax) with consultants and tax Federal Authority.
• Handle all investments in related parties (joint ventures, associates, subsidiaries)
• Prepare accounting treatments for liquidation and disposal any subsidiary and risks reports
• Monitoring fixed assets at initial cost to reporting date (depreciation and impairment)
• Maintains general ledger and chart of accounts according to proper classification.
• Supervise standing guarantee, CDR accounts and all deposits with Dubai custom.
• Assisting in preparation forecasting budget and provide proper reports to financial controller
• Handling and following FCA project allocation operation costing, pricing

• Approve and post all journal entries. Maintains and review general ledger and trial balance.
• Handling internal audit. Preparing reports and schedules for audit purpose.
• Maintains bank reconciliation statements and liaison with bank for transactions.
• Handle intergroup balances and transactions with our subsidiary and joint venture.
• Managing cash conversion cycle and follow up in advance petty cash.
• Preparing employees benefits (payroll, short and long benefits).
• Handling import and export documentation (packing list, commercial invoice and original Certificate) and identifying the obligations and duties according to Inco terms.
• Supervise all booking of containers on vessels with operation department.
• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet continuing operations and Assist in working capital's fund.
