Deal with all mechanical engineering part of Water/Wastewater Treatment Plant-Monitoring Contractual technical requirements and fit to Technical Specifications and engineering datasheets-Checking design of all mechanical Equipment-Conduct design of P&I Diagrams, general Arrangement drawings as well as detail drawings-Define engineering- and equipment- packages for delivery by others-Creating of technical Bid-comparisons-Leading technical negotiations with suppliers.-Coordination and checking of engineering deliverables-Monthly project status reports and change orders-Supplier- correspondence during execution phase, as well as Correspondence with Consultants and Clients-Supervises technical testing, survey or field engineering teams-Supporting project management for time scheduling-Supporting at commissioning phase-Execution Inspections at supplier’s factory and at site during erection phase

Following Up the Contractor Installations Activities and Make Sure That All the Activities are According to Egyptian Code and Specifications.

Follow up the contractor Standard maintenance procedure SMP to assure that the mechanical equipment is working properly to achieve the effluent treated water standard according to the contract and specifications.
o Project Description:
Construction of El-Alamen Sea water reverse osmosis desalination plant with capacity 150, 000 m3/day with cost 2.2 billion Egyptian Pounds.
o The project contains the following Mechanical activities:
Process building: (sea water intake-pretreatment chemical dosing-filtration -microfiltration- High pressure pumps- Energy recovery system- Booster pumps-remineralion system-remineralized water pumping- product water pumping -post treatment chemical dosing- Electrical Buildings).
Non-process buildings (Administration Building-Engineers and stuff housing buildings - Operation buildings) mechanical installations such HVAC, firefighting & Plumbing systems

Studying the contractor submitted material and drawings and approve it.
