Acting as CMM “Category Merchant Manager” support the Marketplace growth. lead growth initiatives and develop a deep understanding of business success criteria across Product Family, In addition to be in charge of projects that contribute to long-term category success and improving the customer experience by expanding product selection, improving product availability, building strong relationships with key partners (both internally and externally). o To collaborate with our Key Retailers across a variety of different categories with a view to helping grow their online businesses. o Share learning with global counterparts (EU, US and Middle east teams) to drive best practices and to identify new opportunities o Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of Categories performance and actions to accelerate growth through projects to improve customer and seller experience o Work closely with Category teams to identify category specific growth opportunities, presenting at Category monthly business reviews. o Identify opportunities to improve the business for all Selling Partners through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions, including solving blockers and issues escalated by managed Sellers. o Recommend business actions based on analytical findings. Includes defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve seller performance.
* Direct Responsibility on Education and Healthcare Sectors all over the Kingdom along with (Ministry of Education/Ministry of Health and Ministry of Higher Education)
* Direct responsibility on channel relation with vendors (Cisco, Microsoft, Bluecoat, VMware, etc…).
* Qualifying new accounts and opportunities and add them to the account list, on quarter basis. Along with sustain the relation with the existing customers.
* Create, implement and execute of Action Sales Plans, and participate in the weekly commit calls with the regional sales manager and Country manager.
* Generate an enormous Pipeline and Opportunities to secure the Country Sales Target.
* Generate a credible sales forecast and reports and provide this information on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis to Senior Management.
* Direct engagement with the application, technical and IT Operations (executives) management of the customers to identify and satisfy needs.
o Direct Responsibility on the Key accounts in Government Sector (2010 till present)
o Previously responsible on the Key enterprise accounts in the finance sector, service providers & commercial sectors.
o Direct responsibility on channel relation with vendors (Cisco, Microsoft, Bluecoat).
o Qualifying new accounts and opportunities and add them to the account list, on quarter basis.
