issuance and Demand Draft print)
o Bulk deposit machine.
o Dispense USD and EUR thru SABB ATMs - in progress. o Emergency cash (card less) - in progress.
Manage Digital Banking risk items by placing controls with the involvement of other departments.
• Played a main role defining the strategy of IT by planning, analyzing and evaluating our current position in the market.
• Handle payment switch including team development, SDLC, integration, quality assurance, support, day to day operations, service providers and third party vendors / service providers.
• Contributed in service delivery projects including development, integration, quality assurance, support and coordinating with service providers and third party vendors.

o Fund transfer by allowing the customers to use ATMs to transfer funds from their accounts to other internal, local or international accounts predefined in their profile.
o Implemented a new service in which allows the customers to update their mobile and land line numbers through ATMs and gives them the option to activate e-channels for MFA.
• Helping Bahraini e-government to realize their potential through multiple managed services.
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis was not my only role at CIO, I was responsible for determining technology to be used within Bahraini government offices.
