•Organizing regular project review meetings to identify problems, target dates, delays in execution of work to ensure timely project completion. Work with consultant, contractors and regulatory authorities to ensure that all agreements are implemented.
•Managing interfaces between all project parties and implementing an efficient hand over with operation teams.
•Evaluation of technical bids for major projects, budget provisioning, finance monitoring for project and participation in assessment of claims (Quantity check, time extension, variation order etc) from contractors
•Reviewing scopes of work, specifications and drawings for major projects

•Visiting offshore and onshore rigs to review and assist in ongoing projects and participates in major and / or complex repair activities
• Liaising with Lead Engineer, Maintenance Engineers and site maintenance personnel on technical aspects relating to the specifications of new machinery to be ordered for major projects or the modification of present equipment and making recommendations accordingly
