Organizing all day to day activities within the administration and GM office.
In Charge of Organizing all marketing events.
In Charge of all maintenance and technical related matters including budgeting, planning, implementations and installations.
Acting as a local point of contact for all IT related matters.
Monitoring the performance of the hardware and the environment and performing any first line support when deemed appropriate.
Liaising with suppliers and contractors to ensure that all hardware is kept in good working order and that all repairs are completed to an acceptable standard.
Ensuring that the daily backup procedures are completed and that all event logs are checked to ensure completeness and compliance with procedures.
Planning and supervising monthly preventative maintenance visits.
Maintaining a register of all hardware, associated software and any licenses.
Assisting management in the preparation of IT budgets.
Arranging and managing hardware and software upgrades.
Assisting with user training and when appropriate arranging courses.
Responsible for maintaining, ordering an adequate stock of computer consumables.
Monitoring the quality of IT services to users and user requirement identification and recommend improvements where necessary to meet required service levels, providing technical assistance.
Designing and maintaining company web sites and local area networks.
Other general administrative duties commensurate with the position and service requirements.
