Description:
• Following Site Progress and Updating the Project’s Time Schedule Using Primavera 6 and MS Excel.
• Responsible for preparing claims due you to Site delays and the impact of delays on cost and time.
• Maintaining and update progress And Status weekly reports defining the update on the project and highlight areas of concern which are causing delays and ensuring that tasks are reviewed on a weekly basis.
• Responsible for preparing Presentations for the Project’s Status using Photoshop and PowerPoint
• Prepares Resources Histogram and Cash Flow Curves (Cost and Revenue)
• Providing a full planning, work management and analysis.
• Measure achieved progress and prepares monthly payment certificate.
• Evaluate and Review sub-contractors' work progress, and includes it in payment certificate.

• Responsible for producing And Revising required shop drawing for work execution for Festival Center and Cairo Festival mall
• Preparation of RFI (Request for Information) and getting approval from the Consultant.
• Attend regular meetings with clients and consultants and keeping them informed of progress.
• Responsible for quantity surveying for steel and concrete from the initial calculations to the final figures.
• Responsible for resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
• Responsible for producing written Structural Engineering Reports and calculations.
• Responsible for producing the as built for constructive works.

Project: Construction of Arish Cement Plant
• Maintaining daily & monthly planning of work
• Responsible for Cement Packing, Big Bag Packing, Bulk Cement Loading Plants from Excavation to Finish.
• Worked on Slip form For 52 m Height Cement Silo
• Responsible for Material Requirement, Supervision of safety during construction & safety procedures.
• Responsible for supervising and monitoring the site labor force through General Foreman or Supervisors.
• Responsible for planning and scheduling the work and efficiently organize the site in order to meet an agreed program deadlines
• Responsible for resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
• Attend regular meetings with clients and consultants and keeping them informed of progress.
