• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
• Attending regular meetings with consultants and contractors and get all required information about the work progress and the difficulties
• Ensuring that site works are carried out in accordance with specifications, construction issue drawings and with clients' approval
• Prepare material request and estimates for the material required in site
• Checking all the shuttering, alignments & steel reinforcement prior to Consultant inspection
• Preparing RFI (request for inspection request)
• Check materials delivered on site
• Ensures that the subcontractors approved shop drawings, method statement, quality control procedures are being implemented on site
• Works as QC office documentations for Inspection Request, Handovers, clearances Coordination and reports
•Executing quality insurance of all materials
•Checking all details
•Managing the cost with the best design
•Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
•Providing details to the site engineer
•To insure implanting QC/QA plan at site
•Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project
•Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
•Preparing reports as required
•Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
•Attending regular meetings with consultants and contractors and get all required information about the work progress and the difficulties
•To oversee safety matters on the site works, and ensure that regulations are adhered to
•Calculate quantities & preparing the invoices
•Ensuring that site works are carried out in accordance with specifications, construction issue drawings and with clients' approval
•Prepare material request and estimates for the material required in site
•Witness testing requirement related to civil works on site & laboratory testing of specimen
•Checking all the shuttering, alignments & steel reinforcement prior to Consultant/ Municipality inspection
•Preparing RFI (request for inspection request)
•Review subcontractor detailed time schedules prepared, including work breakdown, sequence of works. Priorities and resources required for the execution of works
•Review and approval of contractor’s billing and financial claims
•Preparation construction schedule
•Preparation of monthly progress report to the client showing actual versus schedule work status
•Check materials delivered on site
•Ensures that the subcontractors approved shop drawings, method statement, quality control procedures are being implemented on site
•Checking steel requirement according shop drawing & quotation supply by steel supplier
•Attend Monthly meeting as per required by the client

•Supervises & evaluates the ongoing construction works as per plan & specification.
•Checking all the civil activity like shuttering, alignments & steel reinforcement prior to Consultant
