• Failures and Defect Analysis periodically for Metro Train Units and participate in developing solutions and proposals to prevent or reduce it by using "Quality Improvement Tools" and appropriate statistical techniques, then report the results to the Top Management.
• Study the Causes of " Head way" deviations & Driver faults to improve the Safely Operation.
