Following up on different teams and entities to accomplish monthly & yearly Targets.
Facilitating all difficulties faces different teams through technical & analytical solutions.
Reporting Progress on all related Projects (Special Events, NTRA, Axis, TC cells …)
Planning TRX & A-TER upgrades/downgrades WOs
Reporting master plan progress VS dedicated budget.
Acceptance Handling related to all Projects activities.
• SRAN SWAP inside Cairo Project Manager:
Following up on different teams and entities to accomplish monthly & yearly Targets.
Reporting & following up on progress
Planning dismantle WOs to Swap ALU by HUW.
Ensuring HW return to warehouse to ensure HW availability
• BSS Equipment Stock Management:
Transactions approvals, monitoring HW movements, forecasts studies to estimate quantities of HW needed to be ordered according to master plan to ensure HW availability for future Projects.
•Performs various market analysis including competitive activities and conducts monthly brand reviews
•Responsible for New Product Development Initiatives/ Projects
•Manages brand related marketing research initiatives, advertising campaigns and promotions with internal and external stakeholders ensuring timely and flawless execution
•Responsible for development and executions of yearly brand plans
•Manage the implementation/ execution as well as evaluation of agreed upon projects keeping deadlines and budget in mind.
•Preparing marketing plans for Launching Nokia’s new mobile phones
•PR & Events Management.
•Social Media Networks, viral videos & E-Marketing Campaigns.
