-Managing a team of 6 persons in Cairo, 3 persons In Kuwait and currently working on creating DXB logistics dept. subsidiary team
-Handling all kind of shipments Courier, Air and Sea to/from T & D for different departments Maintenance, Kitchen equipment’s, Design, Kuwait and DXB
-Managing all cross bookings shipments from different suppliers from all over the world to Kuwait and DXB T&D subsidiaries.
-Follow up all nonregistered suppliers shipments in order to maintain a smooth successful operation with ideas to solve nonregistered obstacles.
-Monitoring all our VIP clients requirements such as (Samsung, IBM, Mercedez, QNB Bank, Cairo Airport, Fairmont, Movenpick, Intercontinental, Emirates Cairo Airport Lounge, Barclays Bank HQ, EFG Hermes, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Orascom Construction …etc) in order to reach their goal to finalize shipments in the shortest time maintaining the best costing level as our T&D main goal.
-Handling all customs release process action by action per shipment to make sure to avoid any wasted time or fees.
-Came up with backup for custom release broker to make sure to have the best customs services ever with the best rate, transportation rates and services as a main goal which is never depending only on one service provider
-Make sure to have at least 4-9 different offers per shipment from different forwarders/shipping lines to make sure to have the best rate in the market along with the best service making sure to use our volume the best way in negotiating to get the best rate and services.
-Follow up with freight forwarders/shipping lines in details for all shipments door to destination
-Creating operating and updating my own system in order to make sure that all our logistics activities ( Egypt, Kuwait and DXB) are updated action by action and in hand of all involved managerial level at the time of the action accordingly updated fully detailed reports at any time of the year
- Assist in monitoring and evaluate vendor performance (Haworth, Nowy Style Group, Koleksiyon, Forma 5, Bene, SitLand, Tecsom, Poltrona Fraw, Electrolux, Vianen, Visseman etc..), using results to build effective partnerships.

- Securing Shipments Vendor to Warehouse (door to door) in order to ensure that any missing/damaged items its price is under others responsibilities.
- Negotiating contracts, payment terms, prices, looking for alternatives suppliers in order to get hold of the best prices and payment terms.
- Create all kind of solutions for special shipments cases, such as American Aid shipments regulations, delivering shipments at any destination, FCA, or at any port, Cross booking shipments, etc…
