Work responsibility
Recruitment & Training:-
• Prepare, develop and implement recruitment and Training policies & procedures.
• Prepare Manpower plan annually.
• Prepare Training plan annually.
• Supervising on hiring process according to recruitment and selection policy and procedures.
• Provide advice and assistance for the recruitment staff to maintain their high stable performance needed to meet the Dept.’s Goal.
• Responsible for setting and updating selection tools and tests (English, IQ, EQ and psychometric).
Personnel & Payroll:-
• Develop and implement personnel and Payroll management policies and procedures.
• Supervise on all personnel and payroll staff and functions.
Organization Development:-
• Working in setting the organization Structure, and review it monthly for updating and restructuring it annually.
• Supervise on updating company’s database and charts.
• Responsible for J.A project and J.D’s for all jobs and review it quarterly to be updated.
• Develop and implement PMS policies and procedures.
• Responsible for setting KPI’s for all jobs.
• Perform performance appraisal semi-annually.
• Responsible for setting competencies for all jobs.
• Maintains and updates company competencies at all levels and ensure effective utilization of the competencies and desired behaviors.
• Evaluate, plan and make recommendations for the management of all benefit programs to ensure that the Company obtains the best products and services at a competitive price.
• Manage the Company’s benefits and retirement programs; recommend plan document modifications.
• Responsible for the financial data related to health care costs, i.e., monthly claims and administrative costs, utilization analysis of medical plans and other related benefit costs. & supervising on the contract renewal procedures and negotiations.
Administration:-
• Supervise on legal issues related to company contacts, legal Doc and licenses.
• Supervise on security works and setting plans for the security staff and monitoring.
• Responsible for conducting the agreement with the transportation suppliers to provide the company with the suitable transportation providers.
• Supervise on the fleet management section to coordinate suitable transportation for all employees and movement issues effectively.
• Supervise on the services section and staffing “cleaning and buffet”.
• Responsible for setting a costing plan for all administration works (transportation, Movement and Services work).
• Maintain and implementation the Recruitment and Training procedure for the company.
• Receive and respond to pay-related inquiries using discretion and effective oral and written communication with employees, students and outside agencies.
• Perform final review of payroll data related to salary and coordinate with Human Resources on various corrections and changes for final calculation of payroll.
• Maintain changes and corrections to employee tax withholdings and bank options, and work with the District’s bank when employee’s direct deposit is returned account closed or account number incorrect.
• Perform various weekly payroll duties, setting up new salary and benefit account numbers, distributing labor and benefit reports, answering questions concerning labor and benefits.
• Writing and revision the Employment Contracts for the company.
Recruitment:-
• Perform manpower planning by conducting meetings with Dept. Directors to have the final decision which should be aligned with the organization budget and needs.
• Receiving hiring requests from different departments.
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally,
By advertising on website job boards and monitor responses.
• Filtering, screening C.V.S and preparing short lists of candidates.
• Perform initial tests, and Conduct initial interview.
• Coordinating technical interviews with managers and connect with them to choose the best caliber and presenting offers to new candidates and responsible for his full orientation.
Training:-
• Develops the training plan, based on departmental training needs and budget.
• Communicate with service providers to ensure smooth work operation and getting best offers in terms of quality and prices.
• Check the instructor resume to ensure the effectiveness of conducting the training course and attending the training session to monitor the quality and the effectiveness of the training course.
• Communicate with trainees to spread the training feedback in order to analyze training quality and ensure it is aligned with training quality standards.
• Responsible for student’s summer training program.
Organization Development:-
• Updating company’s database and charts.
• Updating H.R. Manual. “Policies & procedures”.
• Establishing the J.A. project for the whole organization.
• Ensures that all employees have completed Goal Setting plan at the start of the year.
• Assist in communicating measurement standards and key performance indicators to all members of the organization.
• Maintains and updates company competencies at all levels and ensure effective utilization of the competencies and desired behaviours.
• Identify training needs and assist with performing any needed training.
