Recruitment Responsibilities: •Receive assigned new projects cascaded from the Recruitment Section Head to start the coordination process to fill new project external vacancies’ requirements. •Meet with the new project stake holders to collect the required information about the project, total external vacancies and agree on vacancies closures deadlines. •Communicate the assigned new project external requirements to the Recruitment team members to start the recruitment process as assigned to each recruiter. •Collect information and understand properly the main job requirements in order to screen the right caliber in accordance with the organization role profiles. •Refer recommended candidates’ applications collected from the Recruitment team members to the agreed technical interviewers and coordinate technical interviews appointments with the recommended candidates for these vacancies. •Screen, conduct competence based HR interviews with Managers to fill the new projects’ vacancies. •Search, screen and filter candidate's resumes through OCI's recruitment various channels including Taleo database, BAYT, Gulf Talent and reference Ads . •Perform reference and background checks on applicants. •Proceed for Requesting the package proposal advice for the selected candidates for each requirement with OCI approved salary structure and refer it for final approval from the stake holder. •Present the approved jobs offers proposals to the accepted candidates and negotiate the job offers to succeed obtaining candidates. •Prepare and issue the hiring approval for each candidate upon his job offer acceptance and refer hired candidate’s hiring documents to the Recruitment Section Head for signature. •Respond to hired candidates inquiries and assist them in finalizing their hiring documents. •Maintain the recruitment Dashboard data on a weekly basis to ensure monthly vacancies’ requirement report is registered and updated. •Follow up with hired candidated to ensure they are started on board based on agreed starting date with each candidate. •Generate and submit progress/status reports on a regular basis to Projects’ Managers, stake holders and the Recruitment Section Head to ensure projects’ requirements are monitored, •Develop and Handel Induction Programs for new comers. Human Resources Information System Responsibilities: •Design requirements based on Needs and send IT department for Transform Manual work in to system work. (Training Dashboard, Attendance system, HR Portal, Recruitment Dashboard) •Handling application Training to end Users. •Confirms accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintains data in HRIS systems and databases and assures information is available on a timely basis. •Handle Exist Interview and Generate Exit Interview analytical Report •Modify and Enhance company application. •Handling application Training to end Users. •Prepares reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of human resources operations. Quality improvement Responsibilities: •Calculate Return on Investment (ROI) for Training Activities. •Link between ROI and Expense to Revenue Ratio (E/R). •Develop and Create E-Learning Material. •Transfer employees from Manual work to system work •Design DFD in order to improve work process.

Identify and assess training needs of staff by conferring with managers and supervisors or conducting surveys.
Responsible for the induction program for the new comers
Evaluate training materials prepared by instructors, such as outlines, text, and handouts.
Coordinate, schedule and conduct business and technical training for new hires and current employees.
Organize and develop, or obtain, training procedure manuals and guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
Select and assign instructors to conduct training.
Produce training materials for in-house courses as appropriate. Amend and revise materials as necessary, in order to adapt to changes that occur.
Facilitate the execution of all training plans.
Periodically, evaluate training effectiveness.
Acts as a support fielding questions and issues from staff related to the business and / or systems.
Handles related tasks as assigned.
Quality improvement activities:

Gathers feedback on trainers by observing classroom interaction between the instructor and students

-Halogen ELMS Learning and development system administrator:
Maintain all the data on the system that are used for training and development.
Match the job description with the training needs for the mentioned branches.
Collect the training needs and put it into the system.
Manage all the process of registration on the Halogen ELMs.
Gathering the training reports from the halogen in order to evaluate the benefits of the training.
Advise/assist mgrs. in completion of employees' Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
Coordinate/input Annual Training Needs Assessment (ATNA)
Assist in Create and Handle Training Needs Identification (TNI)
Ascertain that course evaluations are completed for each course taken
Assist with administration of on-site courses
Coordinate course substitutions/cancellations
Coordinate organization space allocations/funds
Responsible for the Induction Program
Initiate/process Training Requests
Utilize knowledge of basic training regulations
Provide employee training completion data to HRDD
Provide employee training data to HRDD
Receive/distribute employees reporting instruction
Setup/maintain required training documentation/files
Prepares training facility with necessary equipment and supplies
Orders appropriate training supplies (e.g., markers, LCD projector, computers)

Contact training centers - arrange for the needed training the date, time.
Negotiate with training centers to get low cost and high quality.
