Construction of ETIHAD TOWERS, Etihad Towers project is a high and mixed use development approximately 500, 000m2 composed of a total five towers from 54 to 76 floors (Hotel and serviced apartment of 593 keys, Office tower and 893 units Residential Towers), a large multi five level podium of approx 63, 000m2 and four level underground parking with a capacity of more than 3, 200 cars of approx. 132, 000m2. The package includes hard and soft landscaping and many water features, waterfront restaurant.

Supervising all the work done on the site - structural & architectural. · Making Minutes of Meeting, Weekly Reports, Monthly Reports and Monthly Invoices for the Projects. · Studying, approve and follow the time schedule of the project, Reviewing and approve the payment. · Receiving and studying all Submittals for the Materials, Method Statements, and Construction Schedule etc. and revising if necessary to give the Approval. · Monitoring Inspection Requests for all items of Civil works and follow up the problems in MEP inspection if found · Attending Weekly and Monthly meetings with contractors to avoid any problems or delay in the projects. · Handling all documents and attending Municipality formalities for discussions and approvals. · Testing of various Permanent Materials from different Authentic Laboratories and Supervision of Field Lab · Supervising different construction activities and ensure compliance with specifications, approved shops drawings and contract requirements. · Preparing of special specifications for all projects according to the purpose of use. · Coordinating and Corresponding with Client and Contractors. · Preparing Monthly Progress Report and Anticipated Progress of Work. · Check of Tenders and Quotations for New Projects in according to the Drawing and Specification with Bell of Quantity. · Check and Approve the Materials as per Specifications of the project.
