▪ Handling the Technical and commercial communication channel with the Principals and Partners
▪ Procurement of Mechanical Equipment

▪ Analyse all suppliers in order to select the most suitable suppliers who are able to deliver high
quality products at competitive pricing.
▪ Review / assess technical specification, BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and drawings to determine suitable
vendors and suppliers.
▪ Negotiation suppliers to ensure that target prices, company's terms and conditions are met.

▪ Design VRV solutions for residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial buildings.
▪ Revising and approving HVAC shop drawing to apply the manufacturer recommendations for
design and installing the VRV system.
▪ Preparing technical offers including Load calculations, Equipment selection & full list of the required
technical data for the client.
▪ Preparing financial case studies to compare different solutions feasibility.
▪ Analysis of equipment energy use for optimizing systems selection.

-Identify Hardware & Software Problems and work on solving them.
- Escalate unsolved issues with a full details report.
- Routine maintenance and check-ups.
- Creating daily/weekly/monthly/yearly report.
