Experience in the use of the uninterruptible power supply (UPS)
Working knowledge of power and hand tools, meters, etc. as it relates to the technical trades.
Ability to prepare budgets and ensure cost controls.
Instruct/direct staff in the operation, maintenance and repair of equipment.
Maintains appropriate supply of materials and equipment to carry out the normal day to day operating and maintenance requirements.
Ability to Read Blueprints.
Ability to work in confined spaces & areas with temperature extremes.
Have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Trouble shoot and use alternatives in emergency situations.
Have previous Engineering management experience in hotel.
