Admins; eContent development team; Training team and learning Applications Development team); this includes hiring,
evaluation reporting progress to Dean of IT & Distance Learning in the University.
Successfully designed, implemented & directed an awarded training and awareness program for a duration of 36 Months;
targeted PSAU's workforce (mainly multinational faculty members, learning centers personnel & organization leaders)
located in 5 different Campuses around Al-Kharj.
Managing eLearning Program projects in PSAU; this included the successful closure of one of the organization's biggest
learning projects; a 36-month project "eLearning Portal implementation and Operation". And launching another project
'eLearning Operation Phase 2", with a major target of expansion in Learning Content Development services and solutions.
Project management of IT & elearning related large scale awareness events hosted by PSAU; this included managing
fund-raising up-to supervising the main teams of AV, Presentations, Publishing, Media production.
Direct coaching for the Senior trainers program (TOT); including 6 iterations between 2013 and 2016 that led to hiring 20
Senior on the job trainers. The training targeted continued screening, shortlisting, hiring & equipping of PSAU's Senior
eLearning trainers.
Leading a cross functional teamwork that consists of: - Graphic designers, Web Developer, Multimedia designer,
Developer and Quality Assurance.
Supervising training and awareness program for eLearning systems campus wide; successfully leading the delivery of
(events; publications and self-paced learning material) that serve that purpose.
Project coordinating content development program in KFU in addition to being lead ID in the production of 15 highly
enriched courses.
