Sales Consultant Corporate
•Survey the market to identify the inquiries.
•Going through the Sales Process starting from meeting and greeting customers ending with closing deals & Vehicles Delivery.
•Handling Customer’s Complaints.
•Reporting the activities to the Sales Manager on weekly basis.
•Contributing in vehicles orders Color combinations & option profiles.
•Give a regular feedback on the market & competitors' activities to the management via prompt and regular reporting.
•Achieve and maintain high CSI rating.
•Going through the governmental sales process staring with identifying the annual budget going through the budgetary quotation, technical specification and then the tender process ending with the vehicles delivery.
•Detailed study for the market situation.
•Maintaining a perfect relation with the customers.
•Following up in sales operation (customer retail sales, customer’s follow up, vehicle deliveries & closing deals).
•Providing excellent after sales (follow up, problems analyzing, problems solutions)
•Continuous analysis for the competitors in the market (Prices, offers … vehicles’ option profiles) in order to be the leaders in the market.
•Prospecting for new business.
•Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
•Maintain a high level of integrity while performing the above functions
-searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions;
-developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements;
-persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery;
-negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs;
-calculating client quotations and administering client accounts;
-providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services;
-analysing costs and sales;
-preparing reports for head office;
-meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects;
-supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events;
-liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts;
-helping in the design of custom-made products;
-providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.
